Privacy policy

1. Data controller

Aram Wenger SA, Quai du Mont-Blanc 12, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland — contact@aw-diamonds.ch. This policy is established in accordance with the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the European GDPR.

2. Data collected

Through the site’s forms (contact, bespoke request, creation request, private area), we collect only the data you voluntarily enter:

last name, first name, e-mail address, phone number;
the content of your message and the characteristics of your request (stone type, technical specifications, indicative budget);
technical connection data (IP address, date and time) for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

3. Purposes

This data is used exclusively to respond to your request and to manage your relationship with the House. It is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis and retention period

Processing is based on your consent (voluntary submission of the form) and on pre-contractual measures. Messages are kept for the time necessary to process your request, then archived or deleted in accordance with applicable legal deadlines.

5. Cookies

The site uses no tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. A technical session cookie (PHPSESSID), strictly necessary for the secure operation of the forms, is created and deleted when the browser is closed. It does not allow any profiling.

6. Security

Exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). Forms are protected against automated submissions and injections. Access to messages is limited to authorised persons of the House.

7. Your rights
